I began working on the project by creating guidelines and instructional materials to help development and QA team to successfully implement and test accessibility for the web application. To increase the accessibility of web content I used ARIA attributes and came up with a list of hotkeys for our application to let the users quickly and easily hop around the content of the application. This saved time for users who would otherwise need to tab through a series of form controls or move the mouse to get to the desired link.
I conducted regular seminars and knowledge sharing session for development and QA team to help them to understand and ensuring that accessibility is implemented correctly.
